Just when I thought NJ Transit couldn't fail more at life they surprise me... Apparently routing trains around a broken down train is way to complicated an idea for them to grasp. Nope they'd rather delay the entire line and only dispatch mechanics to fix the disabled train. Yay incompetent management!
